Deep Learning Meditation—Review

Over the past 16 months, I have collected several meditation programs from Kelly Howell and Brain Sync. Out these, I have a couple that I listen to frequently. My favourite remains The Secret Universal Mind released in 2006 but aside from that, I also enjoy their Deep Learning program.

I started to use this program for behaviour modification and for learning. It is not easy to hold a full time job, a part time hobby blogging which also demands a lot of time in the week and also go through school part time.

My experience however has not been noticeably different when it comes to my behaviour, however, I have been quite successful learning through this CD.

I noticed that I retained a lot of information through out the day – regardless of what the intent of listening was. For example, if I listen to it 30 minutes before I plan to study – I found that I not only retained the information that I studied but also was very sharp at work the next day and remembered almost everything I worked on through out the day.

Deep LearningThere was a time when I used to cram everything for exams but this mediation helped me actually understand the subjects and store it not too far into my subconscious whereby I was able to retrieve the information without struggle.

To give you a further idea of how great this meditation is for learning. In summer 2007 I took a subject (Litigation I). Then in winter, I took a follow up on to that subject (Litigation II).

All the students in class knew that Litigation I was the foundation of Litigation II. So when it was time to write the first test in Litigation II class, none of us (and I mean not a single person in class) studied any notes from Litigation I.

Ninety percent (90%) of test #1 from Litigation II was based on what we had learned in Litigation I. The professor basically asked us in the first or second class whether everyone had taken the pre-requisite course and left it at that.

Needless to say, when the scores came back the professor was very disappointed. Only 5 students from class had passed (everyone else failed! That is less than a 50% mark!!!). Only 3 had passed with an A. And I was one of them!

I know 100% that if it wasn’t for listening to the Deep Learning meditation tapes, I would have never in a million years been able to effortlessly remember what we discussed in Litigation I.

Deep Learning at first listen does not necessarily give you and immediate clues of the meditation having worked. But in time, you start noticing changes and realize with uncanny believe that it is the mediation that is working. This meditation removes all the rust and fog from one’s brains and almost cleans the clutter allowing you to store the information on a clean slate.

I hope this review helps you because I know it has made me feel “brighter” and sharper in the mind than ever before!
