Goal Setting
Napoleon said, “A goal is a desire made specific and with a deadline”.
The process of goal setting is essential to our well being. Goals give us a purpose and sense of direction. Striving to achieve our goals is one way we can take control of our lives and steer it in the direction we want. Goals give us the power to do be and have instead of giving other people power over our lives!
We are a few weeks away from the New Year. Don’t wait for the last day or even last week of this year to establish new resolutions. Resolve today, to live life to the fullest!
Take a moment today to think of a few things that you are grateful for. Look at it every day and upgrade it as necessary. Take a full week to do this. Week following—write down the dreams and desires you wish to achieve. Again, take a full week to review your goals and tweak them as necessary.
Week three - start reviewing this list of goals and gratitude daily. Do everything you need to, to achieve your written dreams. Expect and allow the power of goals and gratitude surge infinite love, control and prosperity into your life!
You will see that once you include in your daily life the power of goals and gratitude — your life will take a turn for the better. You will be more aware of where you are going and what you need to do, to reach your destination faster.
Goals and gratitude are a must because they are liberating, illuminating and rewarding! Incorporate these basic tools in your life daily and for ever!
