Are you fit for P90X?

Before you start your adventure with P90X you need to do two things. These are a must so don’t procrastinate and do yourself a favour by completing these two tasks right away so you can start planning your 90-day schedule to a healthy, fit and ever so sexy self!
- The very first thing you need to do is get your doctor’s approval to embark on this journey. Make sure your doctor understands that this is a no nonsense workout challenge and demands extreme effort from your body.
- You must take P90X fit test before you can get excited about your doctor’s approval. Click here to download the fit test checklist. Please complete it with total honesty! You are only setting yourself to fail if you lie or cheat on this checklist. So, do it right from step one and enjoy injury-free workouts! If the fit test says you are not ready then you have to initiate baby steps. Start with P90 tapes, then move on to P90 Masters and then attempt P90X. If you consider yourself to be at an intermediate to advance workout level then you should have no problems completing the P90 fit test. Good luck!
