Lordy! Lordy! Lord!!!! If you can say “ouch” after you complete this 73-minute cardio & lower body strength training workout then you are definitely a advanced level workout person! This DVD is the mother of all kickboxing DVD’s out there! Forget P90X: KenpoX - that feels like child’s play next to Cathe’s Kickmax! The DVD consists of 22 minutes of kicks and punches followed by 15-minute bootcamp challenge!

Kick & Punch Combos: 4 combinations featuring a punching combo combined with a kicking combo. Kickbox/Bootcamp Challenge: 10 high impact conditioning drills (some more intense than others). Leg Conditioning Drills also included to help shape your legs while enhancing your kicking skills and flexibility. All this hard work is followed by a well-deserved 6-minute stretch.

The Instructor
Cathe Friedrich—my favourite chick in my fit world! If she has a product out then know that it guaranteed satisfaction if you are not a whiner! If you are one of those people who keep saying “I can’t!” then Cathe is not your fitness expert.

Cathe makes you work super hard making sure that your time spent with her brings you outstanding results. She is an advanced workout guru and make no mistake, she makes every inch of your body let you know they are alive and burning!!

If you are a Cathe-ite then you know what I am talking about. Because even an advanced level person who returns to one of her workouts 3 months down the road is reminded how tough her workouts really are.

Cathe is a must for every man or woman out there who wants to spend 90 minute working out and having fun! But, it is also for those who are short on time because most of Cathe’s workouts post 2005 (I believe) come with pre-mixes that make your body rock whether you workout for 30/60/70 or 90 minutes!
