Don’t even attempt to do this workout if you are unable to complete THE FIRM workouts at advance level. This workout is definitely a big NO for people who are only used to doing the Biggest Loser type of workouts. Yes, it is low impact, but my gawd this is one super intense lower body solution that even an advanced level person will yell for help!
This DVD features a 78 min. advanced routine that is guaranteed to shape your lower half into leaner, sleek looking legs and butts. But that’s not all, like the title says, it also works the gut which lasts approx 15 minutes!
If you are up for a challenge then this workout definitely offers a huge challenge for those who have weak muscles in the lower half of the body! Buyer beware!!! That said, but like all Cathe workouts, this workout is a must have for all Cathe-ites!

Cathe Friedrich—my favourite chick in my fit world! If she has a product out then know that it guaranteed satisfaction if you are not a whiner! If you are one of those people who keep saying “I can’t!” then Cathe is not your fitness expert.
Cathe makes you work super hard making sure that your time spent with her brings you outstanding results. She is an advanced workout guru and make no mistake, she makes every inch of your body let you know they are alive and burning!!
If you are a Cathe-ite then you know what I am talking about. Because even an advanced level person who returns to one of her workouts 3 months down the road is reminded how tough her workouts really are.
Cathe is a must for every man or woman out there who wants to spend 90 minute working out and having fun! But, it is also for those who are short on time because most of Cathe’s workouts post 2005 (I believe) come with pre-mixes that make your body rock whether you workout for 30/60/70 or 90 minutes!
