Rapid Fat Loss—Day 4
Totally feeling over worked and under fed! I was sooo tired this morning. So tired, that I decided to sleep in. Called work and told them I shan’t be in the office. That will sit nicely with my team lead.
I have already lost 5# (or I should say—the weight that I put on, over the weekend past). I know it wasn’t easy! Last night I was craving ice cream—but thank Gawd I don’t have any in the house!
I think I can continue forever with 2 workouts per day - but I definitely need help with my food selection. I know I am eating clean but I am sure I am not eating enough - I need to eat more than 1200 calories if I am going to do P90X+interval and drill max workouts! Drill Max … this is definitely a Friday workout – Cardio blast for over 63 minutes in the afternoon – joy!!!
If I do decided to continue with two workouts daily, then I will most likely schedule a blast in the morning (maximum 15 minutes) just to get the heart rate going and then add a 30-60 minutes in the p.m. This way, I will be sure to put in at least 45 minutes daily. (Although I have a feeling that rest of the June will be dominated by BodyMax 2, Drill Max and P90X Interval Plus).

10:00 a.m. Morning Workout: Rhythmic Step (60 Minutes).
11:30 a.m. Breakfast: 1 instant oatmeal + 1 orange + 1x 500 ml water.
12:30 a.m. 1 plain cucumber – no skin 1×500 ml water.
1:30 p.m 1 chicken breast. 1 sweet potato. 1 diet sprite.
5:00 p.m. Afternoon Workout: Turbo Jam: Punch, Kick & Jam (48 minutes).
7:00 p.m. 1 banana, 1 35 calorie Yoplait Tango Selection yogurt. 1×500 ml water.
8:30 p.m. Dinner: 0.5 cup cottage cheese. 1 apple. 1 peach
I have to admit, it took a lot to put on my Saucony shoes today. Despite Rhythmic Step being a fun and moderate impact workout, my body was dragging itself through the warm up. But, we managed to get into the zone to successfully complete the workout. Wish motivation could come in a form of a pill or powder that we can ingest whenever we feel like it!
So far … so good. I have scheduled Cathe’s Drill Max for tomorrow (Friday) p.m.
