I just finished working out with the Beachbody’s Insanity Preview DVD (41 mins total) and I loved it!!!! My friend subscribes to Tony Horton One-on-One and he got a preview DVD which he is letting me preview it because he knows I am a huge Beachbody fan! I am a P90X graduate and thought that nothing could ever beat P90X but I tell you — if Carl and Beachbody think that PlyoX is the mother of all X workouts then they need to know they have out done themselves with Shaun T’s Insanity Plyo Cardio. I loved every dripping minute of it! Every single minute!!! The preview is RIGHT – if you love a challenge and if you don’t mind working out in your own sweat pool then Insanity is for you! I always knew I was a fit chick. I always knew I can do anything for 1 minute. And I knew that I loved Tony Horton. But I have to say —– I have just today dumped Tony for Shaun T!!!! (sorry H!). Bond with breakfast! That’s right—if you want to boost your fat burn then you must make a habit of eating breakfast every morning. You don’ t have to eat anything fancy or anything that would take more than 10 minutes to prepare. Just boil the kettle and enjoy instant oatmeal on the go! Now come on, don’t frown on instant oatmeal—it sure beats a toast with butter and/or jam and works wonders for at least two hours to help you boost your fat burn! One of the best thing you can do for your health is to wake up early and put in at least a 30 minute cardio workout in the morning. I found kale-banana recipe on YouTube – don’t recall which author exactly but it was a guy who loved his blender—because it was oh so powerful! If I recall correctly, he was also a vegan because he kept talking about alkalinity. Anyway—since the recipe, I have created my own version because his version demanded too many recipes (sorry buddy!). I never thought kale would taste soooo good! Mix in the banana and it taste as good as a DQ Blizzard! It is honestly amazing!!! My version of kale-banana smoothie was created because I was looking for something yummy for my low calorie diet. At 1500 calories per day, one has to cut calories where ever possible. You can actually substitute kale with spinach or any other green light leafy vegetable if you like. I have been suffering through the symptoms of a bloated stomach ever since I was 6 years old. The symptoms can be painful and frustrating because if you have a severe case like I do, my tummy balloons to a size that screams “7 months pregnant” or “basketball”! In my particular case, I don’t know why I suffer from bloated stomach. The doctors have done all the tests and confirm everything appears to be normal. Asked me to eat a Beano before every meal and try to eat smaller portion meals.
